UWC Complaints Process

UWC International has a complaints procedure which includes short courses. The complaints process is based on complainants raising complaints directly with, in this case, a short course organiser and only approaching the UWC International Office if they did not receive a response from the organiser or the organiser did not resolve the complaint satisfactorily.

It is important to note that  UWC International has no jurisdiction to resolve complaints that are outside of its jurisdiction and can only encourage resolution.

Do ensure that your short course has a process in place to deal with complaints if they do arise. It is better to be prepared and not caught unawares.

Please note that when recruiting new facilitators you can make use of the complaints log which the UWC International Office keeps. You cannot view the log but can speak to us to check if your applicants feature on the log.
